Message from CSU Board Chair

Dear Fresno State Community,

At the March 2022 meeting of the CSU Board of Trustees, the CSU retained the law offices of Mary Lee Wegner to conduct an investigation regarding the response to complaints of alleged sexual harassment and other workplace misconduct made against former Vice President for Student Affairs, Dr. Frank Lamas.

The investigation is currently underway, and it is expected to be completed within the next 90-120 days. After the investigation is completed, the university will share information about the outcome of the investigation and next steps.
