Diana Ralls provides strategic leadership for and ensures effective implementation of initiatives on behalf of the President. She is responsible for the overall planning and management of the Office of the President and for the direction and oversight of the Office of the President staff. Diana reports directly to the President and is a member of the President's Cabinet.

Carol Sera oversees the President's calendar and arranges for and processes travel for the President and Office of the President staff. She provides high-level administrative support to the President and office staff and assists with various projects.
Michael Lukens

Michael Lukens is responsible for all local, state and federal governmental and advocacy programs for Fresno State. He also is principally responsible for the development and management of strategies to inform and influence public policy on issues and in areas of interest to Fresno State. He reports directly to the President.

The Administrative Analyst is responsible for the fiscal operations of the Office of the President, including planning, budget analysis, processing state and foundation payments and monitoring office budget and expenditures.
